This is something that everyone needs to watch. I strongly recommend Gary's book Good Calories, Bad Calories for a better look at the fraudulent science we have all been spoon-fed by our governments and the mega corporations that grease the pockets of those making public dietary recommendations and law. I did for years what we have been told to do...lots of grains, cereals, dairy, etc. and I was fat and hungry all the time, but after discovering paleolithic nutritional guidelines and viewing, reading, and putting into practice the real science of human metabolism and nutritional requirements both Jody and I have effortlessly lost over 30 lbs. I can confidently say that by eliminating man made food products I will, quite effortlessly, be lean and healthy for the rest of my life. So please, I know I sound like an infomercial, but for a moment just suspend what you have been told all your life and give this video a watch.
